Windows 10: Cannot insert images into Ask a Question form

I am trying to troubleshoot an entirely different issue caused by Windows 10 but I have run into an issue of being able to describe my original issue.I cannot insert images into this form. I want to include an image as evidence of my issue but every jpeg or png screen cap I upload here fails to upload.I am using Firefox, I have cleared cache and cookies recently.Please advise.

The insert object (paperclip) and manage attachments only adds a level of complexity that isn't needed for inserting pictures. SevenForums was different - you could only add a URL reference with the insert image icon. I'm not sure what insert image does on EightForums, you might have to use the paperclip there as you did on SevenForums.

Using the advanced uploader, not the basic uploader:

For images on TenForums, it's easiest to use the Insert Image icon

Use the Attachments icon (paperclipped paper) for other attachments (doc, txt, zip....)

Insert an Image into a Page Header

Is there a way to insert a logo into the page header, or so it will print out at the top of every page when printed?

For example, im writing out a form that is multiple pages long. Is there a java script or a html code that will print the company logo at the top of every new page when its going to be printed. I don't want to have to insert the image into the document in random places pending where the document will print.

any help would be appreciated.

The attendees can vote for their opinions by clicking the option button without the extra ‘submit’ action.
