Windows 10: Cannot Install 23H2

Wondering if anyone can help me with this. I've gone through a ton of forums and can't seem to get it to work. I tried enabling "Get the latest updates as soon as they're available." in windows update, it doesn't show up. I tried downloading the windows 11 installation assistant, it either gets to 46% or 99% and hangs. I tired downloading the ISO, mounting it and running it. Same thing gets near the end crashes.Any other ideas I can try other than a clean install? My Asus laptop just saw the update and installed it, this is a custom built desktop.

The build number 22631.2506 implies the device has been upgraded to 23H2 already.

Here are the version/build numbers for Windows 11.

• 22000.xxx is 21H2
  
• 22621.xxx is 22H2
  
• 22631.xxx is 23H2

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
