    Cannot install any Windows 10 Features Error Code 0x80071A90


    This error which occurs when trying to install Net Framework 3.5 prevents me from installing ANY new windows features I have install and updated Windows 10 1511 build 10586.3. For what its worth it occurs in all previews builds of Windows. It is maddening because I cannot install Direct Play - required for many programs.

    The displayed error references a link which only applies to Windows 8/8.1 and the Error Code 0x80071A90 is NOT listed in the article.

    This is a very serious bug and I need to know how to fix it. And yes I have used the offline Windows Framework 3.5 installer from the boot media - didn't resolve the problem

    error code :0x80071a90 while working with Windows 10.

    I upgraded from windows 8 or 8.1 to windows 10. I'm having a problem where I can't run some programs, it tells me to install a feature .net framework 3.5, i try installing it but it doesn't work, it gives me an error code :0x80071a90

    help me please.

    I upgraded to Windows 10 I cannot open Adobe Photoshop 12 it tells me to download a file and it comes back to tell me there is a conflict an a error code of 0x80071a90
