Windows 10: Cannot install app through Store or as an .appx through PowerShell on Win10 1909; error...

The specific app I really want to use is Kano's The Force Coding Kit if that matters, however the issue occurs with other stock system apps that I try to update, as well as "App Installer," which I had attempted to install as an alternative to PowerShell once I retrieved the appx file.

I have tried literally every single possible solution to issues with the Store that I could find, short of reinstalling Windows altogether (which I adamantly do not want to mess with if I can help it). I have run the troubleshooter, reset the app, re-registered it, cleared the cache, run WSReset, turned on developer mode and sideloading, disabled my AV, stopped all services and done a clean boot, safe mode, run sfc, run dism, made sure there's no incomplete download or corrupted files in WindowsApps, made sure I'm not missing any updates, used the upgrade tool, used a restore point, checked the registry for broken entries, stopped and started wuauserv and bits, and created a separate user account. None of these steps have yielded any results.

Here is a snippet of the AppPackageLog from PowerShell.

Get appx package file for Windows Store installed app


Can anybody help me make an appx package for a Windows Store app that I have downloaded and installed on my computer. I have all the files, signatures, etc. for the app. I just want to make an appx package for it so that I can sideload it to other Windows 8+ PCs. Anyone know how to?

 

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

 

Win10 Store&Apps crash

The problem is:

• The Windows Store closes immediately after starting. I can see the blue window for a second before it closes again.
  
• Photos App doesn't start at all (Error Message: The App did not launch).
• Calender App closes immediately after starting.
• Weather App works.
• Groove Music closes immediately after starting.
• Movies & TV closes immediately after starting.

So not all Apps seem to be affected, try tried all the recommendations I found in different entrys here:

• Checked for Updates.
• Run troubleshoter for Apps - Didn't find anything.
• Win-button + R press and enter "shutdown -g -t 0"
• Run wsreset.exe - Failed
• Run sfc /scannow
• Deleted local Cache: C:\Benutzer\Dein Name\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache
• Deleted sub Sub-key in the RegEdit folder HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Appx\AppxAllUserStore

But so far no luck. Any more suggestions besides resintalling Win10?
