Windows 10: Cannot install Chinese Simplified keyboard

Buttons for installing basic input, handwritten input and basic speech recognition in the language parameters page are bugged out. It says "downloading", then I click on it and a progress bar appears for a second, then "installed" for a second, then "downloading" again. Advanced speech recognition is somehow installed.

Installing simplified Chinese keyboard

I cannot install a simplified Chinese keyboard on my Windows 7 Dell computer. It was on the computer, then migrated off the task bar to another screen that I see momentarily when booting up. I tried uninstalling the Chinese keyboard, rebooting, and re-installing,
but I was still unsuccessful. Any ideas?

 

Issues with installing simplified Chinese keyboards.

Hey,

I've been having isseus installing any of the Chinese keyboards on my Lumnia 720, running Windows 8.

I noticed other people have had the same problem, however, the solutions that were presentedd to them have been fruitless for me. (This includes rebooting the phone, cancelling all other downloads/uploads, trying over wi-fi and network and several other
suggestions.)

Does anyone know if it is possible to attain the keyboards through a different means or have another suggestion as to how I can fix this?

Also, is it me or do most people why try to get the simplified Chinese keyboards end up with similar problems? Has Microsoft been of any help concerning this isseu? My old Windows 7 phones had no isseus with these keyboards.

why the simplified Chinese pinyin keyboard is incorrectly producing Traditional Chinese?

I followed the following procedure in window 10

• In the Cortana box type 'Region'.
  
• Click on 'Region and Language Settings'.
  
• Click on 'Add a Language'.
  
• From the list of languages select Chinese Simplified.
  
• Select Chinese (Simplified, China).
  
• Click on Language pack available.
  
• Click on Options button.
  

I did see Chinese (Simplified, China) Microsoft Pinyin when clicking to select language.

However, after selecting "Chinese (Simplified, China)", it actually produce Traditional Chinese when using pinyin keyboard in window 10
