Windows 10: Cannot install "Dolby Access" in Microsoft Store

I tried to install "Dolby Access", it shows that I am the owner of this application, but when I click install it does not install, so I tried to install other applications, but the same problem occurs. - I tried to reset Microsoft Store in settings, - I tried "wsreset" while running, Any other solutions please?

Still can't activate dolby atmos for headphones

I’d suggest you to download the Dolby Access app from the Windows Store and check. The app will guide you to setup headphones.

couldn't download dolby access from Microsoft store

I am unable to download dolby access app from microsoft store not only dolby access for any app it is showing some error.

I have reset the app and again i tried to download but no use it is showing the same error.

please help me with this...

Dolby Atmos won't install

I have downloaded the Dolby Access app through Windows Store, I have gone through the "getting Dolby Atmos" prompts through the app, I opted to go with the 30 day trial and it appeared to be installing Dolby while a loading spinner ran over the trial option.
Afterwards it prompted me to begin setup of Dolby Atmos by going to my device properties -> Spatial Sound -> Dolby Atmos...however the option "Dolby Atmos" is not there.

I figured maybe I just need to restart my computer to finish the install but even after restarting I still only see the option "off" under the Spatial Sound tab. There does not seem to be anyway to attempt to re-install the software as there is no program
listed for Dolby Atmos in my Programs list and the Dolby Access app seems to believe it is installed on my computer.

How can I go about fixing this issue?
