Windows 10: Cannot install EPSON ECOTANK 2800 DRIVERS TK MICROSOFT SURFACE PRO 11 COPILOT

I am trying to install drivers for printer EPSON ET-2800 on Surface Pro 11 COPILOT.For this, I downloaded from the Epson site's official driver for this model of printer. However, right in the middle of the installation, a message pops up about the failed installation attempt. Something like this - installation failed, restart your computer and start over. I did a restart. Nothing worked. Can you please tell me how to install drivers on this device? I tried the individual drivers, same thing. At one point it asked me for admin passwords. It won't download.&nb

We understand your concern as you are unable to use the scanning option on your Epson All-in-one Eco Tank 2760. In order to get clarity
and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below:

• What is the Windows 10 Version and Build installed? (Type
  winver in Windows search/Run command)
  
• 
  What is the make and model of the PC?
  
• 
  Are you aware of any changes on the PC prior to this issue?
  
• 
  What is the error that you see while scanning?
  

Meanwhile,
we would suggest you to install
Epson ScanSmart v3.4.5
utility from Epson and check.



If the issue persists, then
we would suggest you to update the scan driver and check.

1. Press
   Windows + X keyand
   selectDevice Manager
   from the context menu.
   
2. 
   Spot and expand the “Imaging devices”.
   
3. 
   Right click on the Scanner driver and select
   “Uninstall”
   
4. 
   Check the box beside “Delete the driver software for this device”
   
5. 
   Restart the PC and then install the driver from
   
   Epson website

Epson ecotank 2760 Scanning issue

I cannot manually scan a document from the printer/scanner to either an email address or to my laptop. It is seeking a USB connection even though I have a wireless connection and readily print from my laptop to the printer/scanner.
