Windows 10: Cannot install security update for Word 2010: April 13, 2021 KB4493218

I have been unable to install the Word 2010 security update KB4493218.Running WIndows 10 HomeVersion 10.0.19043 Build 19043 Running Microsoft Office Professional Plus 201064 bitAll other updates have successfully installed since April when the Word update was posted. This is the only patch I cannot install.I receive an error message: 0x80070664Solutions I've tried:1.
