    Cannot install software on Windows 10 desktop


    I have been trying repeatedly to install a program called Camtasia on my Windows 10 desktop version 1909. I have been able to install this program on a Windows 7 desktop and a Windows 10 laptop. However, when I click the .exe file to install on my Windows 10 desktop, it processes for a few seconds and then nothing happens. I have deleted and then re-downloaded the software, run other PC cleanup software, the Microsoft Program Install_and_Uninstall troubleshooter, but nothing seems to engage the install program.


    How can I get this to work?

    There very simple and i've already tried them. The problem that i face is that the software (this app) does not find any updates for me .
    Many people across the world have this issues .So you need the proxy etc thing to get it to work.
