    Turbo Tax 2021 Amazon download will not install, Turbo Tax says this is a Microsoft framework issue

    I purchased Turbo Tax 2021 download from Amazon, but it will not install. I contacted Turbo Tax technical support and they said this is a Microsoft .net framework issue.

    Has anyone else had this problem? How do I tell which framework revision is installed on my computer?

    Thanks for any help you can provide.

    Turbo Tax 2021 Amazon download will not install, Turbo Tax says this is a Microsoft framework issue

    I had the same issue and returned the Microsoft surface laptop 4 to Costco. Have you found the Microsoft model that can install Turbo tax? Thank you!

    Error 1648... Uninstall Turbo Tax...Error 1604

    I downloaded the Revo Unistaller to remove Turbo Tax 2022 and downloaded the software from Amazon on Chrome. It worked! A week of fighting worth Edge. Hope this helps!
