Windows 10: Cannot install update KB5032189

Split from this thread. I also cannot install update KB5032189, but I get error code 0x8007025d.

Update KB5032189 Won't Install

Hi I can't get update KB5032189 to install. I tried the Windows Update troubleshooter, the service stopping and staring and clearing SoftwareDistribution folder instructions here, and system file scan here. Nothing has fixed it. What steps can I take next? Thanks!

 

Update KB5032189 Computer Issues

Every since this update happened (KB5032189) my computer has severe instability problems

Firstly when I installed this update It restarted twice so I mean I didn’t think anything of it then 10 minutes into using my computer I get a BSOD so I looked into that or atleast tried to before encountering another BSOD which led me into the problems below

• When loading up the OS it loads me into a black screen prompting me to press CTRL ALT DELETE to open my computer
  

• Can’t run anything as administrator my UAC doesn’t come up (Tried using Admin Command prompt; Etc)
  

• Tried opening registry editor out of curiosity and Malwarebytes to run a scan and I’m left with message “This app can’t run on your PC to find a version for your PC check with the software publisher”
  

• can’t open my settings or Security I’m left with a message “class not registered”
  

• Windows Key is unresponsive and I can’t use the search bar or right click on either
  

• tried uninstalling the update I think that’s the culprit (“Update KB5032189” From 11/16/2023”) And I couldn’t even do this “An Error has occurred. Not all of the updates were successfully uninstalled”
  

• I tried restarting my computer and going into Safe mode and I couldn’t it just goes straight to the black screen
  

• I even tried to see if I could restore some updates with the Microsoft updates catalog and to no avail that didn’t work either
  

PLEASE IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME SOLVE THIS ISSUE IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED I NEED MY COMPUTER TO GET THROUGH CERTAIN OBSTACLES IN LIFE AND IM SCARED TO OPEN THE INTERNET CAUSE OF THIS VULNERABILITY

I don’t even know if their will be a new version to fix this issue because I can’t access my windows updates so what am I supposed to do please help someone?!
