Windows 10: Cannot Install WiFi Drivers

I'm trying to install a WiFi card for my PC build. I'm running Windows 10 Home 64 bit. I purchased a compatible dual band WiFi card Gigabyte GC-WB867D-I, but I'm unable to connect to install a network driver. I do not have an option to add a wireless connection in Settings, and there is no wireless driver listed under Network Adapters in Device Manager. I downloaded and installed the Intel 22.0.0 package for Windows 10 64 bit, but it doesn't work. I tried adding a device under Network Adapters, but I'm getting this error message: This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. Code 31. What do I need to do to make this work?

Read my guide, goes step buy step for nvidia driver install. Though I use a different driver cause I got 8 series, same method of installation

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.
