Windows 10: CANNOT INSTALL Windows Update error 0x80073701

Hello everyone,I'm running Windows 10 22H2 and tried everything I found on the web to make this update occur. But I failed.Running dims and its friend SFC or whatever is its nameManually downloading and running Windows UpdateRunning Windows problem solverAll I get is the same error, again and again : 0x80073701If someone can help me, I'll be the happiest man on Earth.Kind regards,

When you do what?

Repair install or Windows Update?

Running Window 11 Professional.

I've tried several times, but the latest Windows 11 update
(KB5014668) keeps failing with error 0x80073701.

A web site suggested I try clean booting. I tried it. It didn't help.

So I'm writing to ask if anyone has any suggestions to fix that
inability to update error 0x80073701 .

Hi, Thanks for the suggestions. I ran the troubleshooter and it said it couldn't find any problems. But then I noticed there was an arrow for details and got this:



I stopped here because I have no idea what the BITS Service is and wanted to find out before I started messing with it. I don't understand where I'm supposed to type "NETHELPMSG 2182" If you could explain and tell me how to proceed from here, would be much appreciated.

Also should note that for at least two years the first line on Windows Update Screen is in red and says "Some settings are managed by your organization". I am my organization. Here are the settings just in case they are now causing problems?
