Windows 10: Cannot join sessions.

As the title says i can't join him and neither he can.After trying to join him/me a message appears saying "Session not found" i've tried to see if it was the firewall but everything was alright.I have no clue to what to do and I've seen other posts but none of them helped.

Here are the steps on how to open a new session in Internet Explorer:

• Search Internet Explorer.
• Click Alt.
• Go to File.
• Then click New session.

Note: This option is only available in Internet Explorer 11.

• Are both devices on the same network? If they are, is this through a WiFi connection or LAN connection?

• Type Troubleshooting
  in the search box and hit enter.
• Select the Troubleshooting app.
• Select the view all option on the upper left corner.
