Windows 10: Cannot load games, Apps or programs.

Tried to do a driver rollback but option is not highlighted and couldn't do a rstrui,exe, restore. Computer also takes forever to startup and shutdown; Games seem to initiate startup but never load. Installed NVIDIA driver update and windows update but now all my games both on steam Microsoft game pass and various emulators wont load. Front end eg. lunchbox, wont load. Computer seems to take forever to startup or shutdown. I am running windows 10 ghost spector and a gtx 2060.

Problems Loading Games

Please power-off your device by pressing and holding the power button until the "goodbye" message appears.

Restart the phone again and check to see if your games load successfully.

If they don't, please give some thought as to what App (game, etc) you installed most recently, and uninstall it. This can be accomplished by checking your program list for the program in question, then tap and hold until a small window appears. Select
the uninstall option to remove the program/App. I would again suggest power cycling the device to ensure that all remnants of the program are removed.

You may try to run the game in compatibility mode and check if ti helps.

Compatibility mode runs the program using settings from a previous version of Windows.

Follow the below steps:

• Right-click on the setup file of the game and select
  Properties.
• Select Compatibility tab.
• Place a check mark next to Run this program in Compatibility mode and select the
  previous version of Windows from the drop down list.
• Let the driver install and then check the functionality.
