Windows 10: cannot load Healthsafe ID Get blank screen, no login screen

When I try to sign on to HealthSafe ID I get a blank screen. No error messages. Tried turning off virus shields but that did not help. Tried 3 browsers, Edge, Mozilla and Chrome, with same results.Any ideas?

I have a problem with my login screen - well actually it is with the screen that comes before the login screen.
It seems to be stuck on the colour that is chosen for pesonalisation/colour/pick a colour. Although my lock screen is set on windows spotlight (it is my understanding that the screen loaded before the login screen and the lock screen picture share the same image - this was true a few builds ago but now the screen in question just seems to stay the solid colour. I have also notice that if i go to personalization/lock screen that the apps that I can choose to show detailed status and the other plus signs - the drop down lists are all blank, some with red X s on them.

goto CONTROL PANEL/ USER ACCOUNTS then you have to remove all the other accounts except for the one you logon with....then restart...it should bypass the login tho it will still show the screen for it...it will continue to load windows...good luck*Rockout :rockout:



edit:: it asks for a login when there are more then one accounts..or if you set a pw to your login name...

 

Blank screen after startup until sleep then on lid open can login

This is a bit of an odd one, I have a Toshiba Laptop Satellite C670 199,

Many reports say that after sleep the screen is blank but for me its the other way around. After switch on the windows 4 pane blue screen with the whirling circle is visible but then the screen goes to lit up but blank and is unresponsive to all the instructions listed on the MS support page at

I've checked the drivers using the Intel tool and it confirms they are up to date. When it is loaded there are no rendering problems and the resolution is great, everything is fine.

The solution to the problem is to close the lid, wait until the light goes off, reopen and wake the computer and then 100% of the time it loads the login screen.

Please any ideas on how to approach, everything else is perfect about the upgrade to Windows 10.
