Windows 10: Cannot load instagram on ANY browser or the app. URL Request timed out

HELP! I have tried bringing up instagram.com from 3 different browsers, and using the App. I have cleared my cache, cookies, history, uninstalled and reinstalled the app SEVERAL times. I can get to the site from another computer that is sitting right beside the one I need to use it on, and my internet connection is 300 mbps, so it is perfectly fast. Getting the error message "URL request timed out." I have had updates, but it didn't work before or after them. Restarted my computer several times as well. Please help.

I can't login into my Instagram it keeps on saying that URL request time out each time I tried to login is Microsoft going to fix this problem?

If this is the app, then try resetting or reinstalling it at Settings > Apps & Features > Instagram app > Advanced Options > Reset and/ or Reinstall.

Try signing into Instagram in a browser.

If using a browser then try another.

Instagram and Linkedin newsfeed issue on Windows 10

Hello!

The problem is that my Instagram and Linkeding newsfeed recently loads only till some place.

Instagram loads more or less 20 pictures and then keep showing "loading more" - nothing happens after.

Linkedind wall after some time just freezes.

This is problem with several browsers and started just recently.

Facebook and other websites works properly.

Can somebody please suggest what to do?

In order to diagnose the issue, we suggest that you try the following methods:

Method 1: Run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter.

Kindly run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter.
To run it, follow the steps below:

• Click Start.
• On the search bar, type Troubleshooting, and click on
  Troubleshooting from the results.
• On the left pane, click View all.
• Click Windows Store Apps.

Method 2: Clear Windows Store app cache.

We suggest that you manually reset the Windows Store app cache
and then try to download the Instagram app again. To manually reset, follow the steps below:

• Click Start.
• On the search bar, type CMD, and right-click CMD
  from the results.
• Click Run as administrator.
• Type wsreset, and press Enter.
