Windows 10: Cannot log in my PC via Remote Desktop locally with the active Microsoft account password...

Hi!I have 2 PCs with Windows 10 Pro 64 that use the same Microsoft account. Sometimes I access to each other using the built-in Remote Desktop app.When doing that I use the login info of my MS account and yet... its active password does not work. Only an obsolete one does for some reason.How to fix this?Thanks!Antoine

Okay guys need some help here before going crazy...
I am trying to setup a remote desktop connection and see exactly what the logged on user is looking at with out going through Windows Remote Desktop.

Since its local network I don't have any password or want to setup a password.

Any suggestions are appreciated

 

Remote Desktop Connection for local account with no password

I setup all the computers in my house to have the same username and no password - all of them boot up and go directly to the desktop without any need to login.

Each one is a Local Account and is Administrator. When I setup remote desktop under User Accounts it specifically said that my username has access.

I am trying to remote desktop from one machine to the others but it asks for a password.

I tried disabling Accounts: Limit local account use of blank passwords to console logon only

Can you please tell me what additional steps I need to take to successfully remote in?

Since when is that? My local account does not exist on my server, I can log in fine. I could always log in at home from work, again different accounts and even different domains. It matters not, you can enter any credentials. It would be rather useless if it works like you suggested. I fact, no Windows authentication works that way, you can always enter other credentials.
