Windows 10: Cannot log in my windows 11 laptop

Hi,I currently cannot connect to my windows laptop. it is running windows11, and I think my daughter did several attempts to connect and now I have this message telling me to wait 2 hours ... So I waited the whole afternoon, power supply plugged in so the computer is not going in stand-by, but I still have the same error message.All 4 family accounts are locked, no link to get an alternative method to connect or to reset this PIN stuff. Any help would be appreciated !Best Regards,Nicolas

To help you out with your concern, we suggest that you disable the add-ons in Internet Explorer 11. For step by step instructions, go to this

link, then look for the title Turning off and removing add-ons.

We also suggest that you reset Internet Explorer 11 through these steps:

• Go to Internet Explorer then click the Gear icon.
• Choose Internet options > Advanced.
• Click Reset.

(Note: If you have added Favorites, back up them first before resetting the browser. )

Windows 10 freezing at log in

A failed update or one-time startup process can sometimes cause stopping, freezing, or reboot-loop issues during the login process. To isolate the issue, we suggest that you answer the following questions:

• Do you have a USB device attached? If yes, can you remove the device and log in again.
  
• Have you tried turning off the WiFi feature in your laptop before logging in?
  
• How about running a Startup Repair in your Windows 10 laptop? (Boot to Advanced Startup Options>Click on Troubleshoot> Click on Advanced options> Click on Startup Repair)
• Aside from the above steps, what other troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
