Windows 10: Cannot log in to Adobe Creative Suite -- "Update Required" but all updates are current

I recently switched to a different computer at work and can now no longer log in to my Adobe account. I primarily use it for Adobe Acrobat and I can't edit PDFs because I'm not logged in. The error message says 'Update Required' and I followed the link to learn more. The suggestion on the link is to update Internet Explorer/Microsoft Edge, which I have done and the problem persists. I also updated Windows but that didn't change anything either. At this point I'm not really sure what the issue is and don't have a lot of leads. Any ideas?Running IntelR CoreTM i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz 3.19 GH

Glad you got it installed. Mind sharing with us your steps to complete the successful install? It may help others in the future.

For deactivation, as MM says, contacting Adobe is the best way to have the old computer deactivated. The CS3 activation servers are still working, so they should be able to assist you.

The Adobe creative suits CS3 is now successfully installed.

The next problem is that I reached maximum installs on the serial number, the system suggest I log on to the old computer and deactivate.

That "old computer" is long gone after a crash - and not available at all.

So what's the solution there? *Sad *Sad *Sad
