Windows 10: cannot log in to groupme.com as admin

Hello,Please help! I started a groupme.com group and have 44 members. I am the only admin. I am unable to log in to the admin portal. I inherited my Windows computer from my brother, who formerly had all of his credentials on the computer. Unfortunately we did not think to wipe off all of his info before I started using the computer. Now I keep running into all kinds of problems as he was/is a Microsoft365 user, however, I am not. I have now started this group that already has 44 members, however, I am not able to log in as the admin or owner. Please help!The groupme.com group is SeattleSummer

To verify your number if you didn't receive a PIN:

1. Keep the GroupMe app on the PIN screen. If you go through the registration process again, it will generate a new PIN, which could make things confusing.
   
2. Contact support and let us know you’re having trouble receiving your PIN. Make sure to include your phone number.
