Windows 10: Cannot log in -> vicious circle

Hi all,Last week I reinstalled windows on my Dell. Probably I made some mistakes by creating a Microsoft account to log in with... but the real problem comes now:When I start the computer it asks me to log in through a Microsoft screen. After I entered my name and password it demands me to create a PIN-code with Windows-Hello. When I proceed this it tells me that it cannot be created right now. I have the option to- try again and hey, it gives me the same answer then OR - pass this option. After passing I return to the login screen where I need to log in again and then again it asks me to s

• When you say, "generic circle above my log-in name" what exactly are you referring to?

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

• Click on Start.
• Click on Settings.
• Click on Account.
• Under Accounts, select the option "Your account".
• Under Your picture, click on
  Browse option and you may select the picture of your choice so that it is display on your account sign-in page.

If the above steps doesn't work, I want you to send us a screenshot of the issue so that we can assist you accordingly.

Blue Circle Always Spinning

Blue screen vicious circle - Windows 11

After installing Windows 11 on my HP Envy 17, I began noticing issues (no Defender or Malwarebytes active - and I could not make them active, for starters), which resulted in a blue screen and constant circle back to not being able to restore or load Windows. Immediately prior to the blue screen, I had tried activating those protections, even trying to reinstall MWB but received error messages.

Then, I was trying to transfer pics from my phone to my laptop (which was allowed in W10 via usb cable) and ended up on a page that had a list of drivers that needed to be updated. Only some successfully installed but others had a “retry” next to them, so I clicked on them. They still did not install but I noticed a “restart your computer” message at the top of the list. That is the final action before the blue screen appeared.

All of the system checks via HP have “passed”.

I was prompted initially to enter an encryption key, which I finally did find in my Microsoft account, but now I am unable to do anything - even command prompt - from the blue screen without a password. I have tried about 6 of my last known passwords and none of them allows me to open Windows. I do not want to lose my files, settings, and programs. I did not want to install 11 but finally gave in to the frequent prompts… and now I am locked out.

I did reset and change my password on Microsoft but it is not recognized without access to the internet in this blue screen circle. Please help!
