Windows 10: Cannot log into admin.

Discus and support Cannot log into admin. in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; Cannot log into administrator on my pc. I cannot downloads any drivers updates and pretty much can't do anything on it. Does anyone have a solution?...     Cannot log into admin.


    Cannot log into administrator on my pc. I cannot downloads any drivers updates and pretty much can't do anything on it. Does anyone have a solution?

    admin password?

    You can reset the Admin Password using Windows XP repair; See Here for step by step.

    To better assist you with your concern, I'd like to know the following:

    • Confirm which build is currently installed on your device. To check, follow the steps below:
    1. Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
    2. Click OK.
    • When you've mentioned root/admin, are you referring to the built-in administrator in Windows 10?
    • It would be best if you can send me a screenshot of the menu that shows you that the root/admin stays logged in.

    Are you referring to log into Admin account in the computer?

    If you are referring to log into Admin account follow the steps below.

    • Click on Start button and select Accounts on the top left corner.
    • You can see all the accounts in the computer. Choose the one with admin rights and log in.
