Windows 10: Cannot log into my microsoft account on my pc after getting my faulty SSD disk repaired.

Just simply log in with your Microsoft Account.
Switch to Microsoft Account in Windows 10

Just go back to using a local account:
Switch to Local Account in Windows 10

Hopefully the tutorials are step by step enough.

But when I'm done, I'd like to use my local account each time to log in.

I understand how it feels when the PC doesn’t boot properly and gives an error. For further clarity on the issue and to guide you accordingly, respond to the questions listed below:

1. What is the make and model of the PC?
   
2. What is the exact error message you received when you ran check disk?
   

I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and check if that helps.



Method 1:



Try running the full hardware diagnostic from the BIOS menu to check for any physical damage on the SSD. Also, you can check with the manufacturer regarding the diagnostic test.



Method 2:



Check and identify the SSD using diskpart commands by using the bootable media.

1. Plug in the bootable media and boot the PC through it.
   
2. Go to repair your computer at the
   installation screen.
   
3. Now select Advanced options and select
   Command prompt.
   
4. Now type diskpart
   and hit enter.
   
5. Now type list disk and hit enter.
   

This will show the list of different hard drives connected on the PC.



Also, the error you are receiving while installing Windows again might be due to Bit locker boot agent getting disabled, and the TPM has been cleared or reset or if BCD file is damaged.
