Windows 10: Cannot log into my windows ID on my desktop.

I haven't used this desktop in almost 3 years. I cannot remember the offline password, but the account is linked to my Microsoft account, which I do know the password to. The problem is, it won't recognize that password. I dealt with someone on the phone about this a few months back, but haven't given it much thought untill recently. Microsoft told me to take it to a shop. It's just strange, since I can log into the account on any device besides this PC.

It also has an account for my children on it that we can log into, but it doesn't have administrator privileges.

Does anyone how to help my log back into it? Is there a file I can edit to make it recheck my Microsoft password, since it isn't doing that correctly right now?

I'm about to head into work, but this is something I'd really appreciate help with, id like some of the data off of my account folders.

Subsystem ID mismatch

Run atiwinflash from the DOS prompt in Windows. Follow the steps listed in the HD6950 mod article for DOS flashing.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Desktop freeze after log in

In order for us to find out what causes your desktop to freeze after logging in, we would like to gather more information:

• Did you make any recent changes on your computer prior to this issue?
• What other troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
• When the computer freezes, do you get an error message?
