Windows 10: Cannot log into pc after CPU upgrade.

I've just upgraded my CPU in my pc and so windows asked me to set up a log in pin again. To do this however, I need to sign into my Microsoft account. When I try to log in though, I need to verify a code in authenticator or by email. None of the devices I own are logged into authenticator and this is because whenever I try to, it asks to verify in authenticator or by emailed code. But I've never received any of the emails to any email address that could be linked to my account so I can't log in. There was an option that if none of those work, I can change account security info so did but didn'

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

Here is an update which I forgot to add, in my process list. 4a) Removed the CMOS battery, jumped the motherboard 4b) Removed the GPU and tried to boot History of upgrade, taken from working machine, seller has offered refund, so I don't believe it's the CPU.
