    Cannot login after Update: Login Screen is missing / not doing anything


    After installing the latest Windows 11 Updates, I can no longer log in to my Surface Laptop. At first, there is no log-in screen at all. The screen does not respond to anything except for ctrl+alt+del. It just shows the "blue" windows start image. After pressing ctrl+alt+delete serveral times, a log-in screen appears, where i can enter my pin. If i enter the pin, the log in screen disappears, the blue windows images stays visible and nothing else happens. no error message, nothing. when pressing ctr+alt+del several times again, the login screen reappears but that doesn't help, because ente

    goto CONTROL PANEL/ USER ACCOUNTS then you have to remove all the other accounts except for the one you logon with....then restart...it should bypass the login tho it will still show the screen for it...it will continue to load windows...good luck*Rockout :rockout:



    edit:: it asks for a login when there are more then one accounts..or if you set a pw to your login name...
