Windows 10: Cannot Login to My Windows 11 Account, ran through Parallels 17

As a preface I'm running windows 11 on Macbook pro with the M1 chip through Parallels 17, previous to this I had a trial version of parallels 16 and windows 10. The trail ran out and a while back and I purchased the parallels 17 standard edition package. After I downloaded parallels 17 and went into the Home Screen I was met with an update notice for parallels tools, after updating parallels tools I assume windows restarted and I was sent to the login screen. It notified me that my password had expired and I needed to update it. After numerous attempts using passwords that I've registered to m

Windows 10 Upgrade within Parallels 11

i am currently running Parallels 11 with Windows 7 Pro on my Apple Mac 2010 27inch. when trying to upgrade the Windows Virtual Window to Windows 10 I get the error message that I do not have enough Ram. The Apple Mac has 8gb of Memory whereas the upgrade
requires only 2gb.

I have no problems with running Parallels 11 with Windows 7 Pro but would like to complete the step and upgrade the Virtual window to Windows 10.

Any ideas please

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.
