Windows 10: cannot login to real pool 3d 2 for pc

cannot login to real pool 3d 2 for pc..tells me to check network settings..all ok my side...managed to get back in and was thrown out again an hour later...haven't been able to login since 6 hrs ago..downloaded and installed on another pc...same issue..any thoughts

Real Pool 3D program Issue

I am a longtime MS user running on Windows 10 on Legacy HP Desktop system. I am an avid Real Pool 3D user and recently I began having a major problem with the program/app. The problem is evident in the attached screenshot:

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Windows 10 update cause Bad Pool Header at login


All BBBBBs indicates a VLK (Volume License Key) which cannot be used for activation. You real key will be on a COA sticker somewhere on the computer.

You won't need it though. As long as Windows 7 is activated, Windows 10 will be happy and will not ask you for a key.
