Windows 10: Cannot login to VLSC

We previously have vlsc account using personal email @hotmail. We have business email account now. Now we cannot login to vlsc. How to migrate this vlsc to work account?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

I recently encountered VLSC, and all I know is that it allows us to download microsoft softwares. May I know more about VLSC? If i have a valid business email, will i be able to access VLSC and download softwares from there? Thank you.
