Windows 10: Cannot make an older game work on a new computer.

I am trying to make an older game 2012? work on a new machine and it needs two files that are missing from my new computer running Windows 10 Home, The game publisher has told me that Microsoft Visual C++ Visual 2010 x64 Redistributable - 10.0.40219 and Microsoft Visual C++ Visual 2010 x86 Redistributable - 10.0.40219 are probably needed to make the game load and run correctly. My new computer lacks these programs. Can you help me download them? Or have they been superseded by newer programs?

BSOD on new computer while gaming

I just got a new computer about a month ago. Everything is new and I get BSOD (windows 10) while gaming mostly although it sometimes happens while I'm just using the computer. Sometimes the computer doesn't BSOD and just gives me a Access Violation Error. Not sure if related.

Steps I have taken:

• Updated all drivers and bios to latest versions

• Checked ram with windows memory test to see if ram is faulty. (A stick was and it was removed waiting for replacement)

• Clean Installed Windows after finding faulty ram

• I had 2 x 2080Ti installed, I removed one, tested and then swapped cards; issue still exist

Follow the below steps:

1. Right click on the setup file and select Properties.

2. Select Compatibility tab.

3. Check Run this program in Compatibility mode.

4. Let the game install and then check the functionality.
