Windows 10: Cannot move from Windows 7 to Windows 10

    Cannot move from Windows 7 to Windows 10


    Going from Windows 7 pro 64 to Windows 10 Pro has been a complete failure for me. I have not gotten notification from Microsoft but instead have tried through the Media Creation Tool doing a direct to hard drive installation, a download to a flash drive, and lastly from the command line typing wuauclt.exe /updatenow

    Prior to each attempt, I disabled all internal HDD and SDD other than my C:\ SSD, disabled my anti-virus and all other connected devices. I uninstalled a number of apps in the attempt to make the transitions a smooth one.

    The download goes smoothly to the upgrading with the meter circle marking off the percentages. Then at 15%, the installation stops, the computer boots and reverts back to the Windows 7 OS.

    The error code is 80070004-2000D displayed after the command line installation failed.

    Have part of my favorites bar from Windows 7 but cannot ADD, DELETE or move them, with Windows 10.

    Cannot play spades game after upgrading to Windows 10

    I made the move from Windows 7 to Windows 10...all went ok, but I cannot play my dada spades as this seems not to be compatible with Windows 10. So, I came back to Windows 7. Can anyone tell me if there's a way around that?
