Windows 10: Cannot open any photo whatsoever (File System Error -2147416359)

I am baffled. My student laptop generally works very nicely for me, until this morning when I woke up and suddenly I am unable to open any picture while whatsoever. The pop-up I get is simply this - File System Error -2147416359I literally Googled for hours and cannot find a way to fix this issue - I also cannot open the Photos app, it instantly closes with no pop-up or anything.

Is there any way to fix this?

when i trying to open "store" app for installing a new app the store not opening and it does not showing a error massage.

also when i am going to open a photo it is showing me file system error (-2147416359)

i have facing File System error (-2147416359) while opening music ,photo windows default application.

help me to fix this issue, some of other apps are't working pop up window comes up and disappears in seconds.

File System error (-2147416359) when trying to open photos

I recently installed Adobe Photoshop Express and Windows-10 app Pictura (Photo Editor). When I tried opening any of my photos using the Adobe Photoshop I got the
File System error (-2147416359) window. I searched previously asked questions with different error numbers, but similar problems. So, following one suggestion, I changed my default app for photos to Windows Live Photo Viewer. And
yes, I can VIEW my photos again. But the whole reason for installing these other photo apps was to be able to edit my photos and share with a file that allowed for burning the photos to a disc or USB device.

Now, the W-10 Store is down once again, and taken any photo apps (ie- Photos, Photoshop Express, and Pictura) with it. I had tried for a very long time to use Photo Gallery, but I could only install it if I installed Essentials
12. But, every time I install Windows Essentials, my computer starts having other problems.

Plus, I can not find either of the aforementioned photo apps anywhere in my PC. I have searched This PC and my C drive, and they can't be located. Can anyone tell me in simple, very simple language how to either fix the problem
with the photo apps. Or a safe way to uninstall both programs?
