Windows 10: Cannot open files. Error 0x80071771

Hello,I've had few folders encrypted around 2 years ago on a hard drive not maindrive. After reinstalling windows once every drive fully deleted but the one which the important and encrypted folders I couldn't copy / open these files anymore. After research I have gone to properties and give everyone and myself permissions to do anything, but it never worked. I also read somewhere that installing windows 7 and copying it in there would work, but I cannot even open anything there. So is there any way to unlock the files?Thanks!I also had some files "hidden" with a simple .bat script, I have
