    Cannot open jpeg in Live Mail


    Hi - I can send photo's to people but when they send them back to me all I get is e.g.-[cid:image001.jpg@01CFF1EB.6E952370] & I'm unable to open them - I use Windows Live Mail & OS is Windows 10

    Can anyone help ?

    Cannot save jpeg file in Windows 10 Photo Viewer or Live Photo Gallery. How do you save jpeg files in Windows 10?

    Using Windows 10 I cannot save jpeg files with either Windows Photo Viewer or Windows Live Photo Gallery. There is no "Save" or "Save As" button. Even when I right click there is no option to save. Only way I can save jpeg files is to open it in Windows
    Photos. Is this the new norm or am I missing something?

    JPEGS are dangerous!

    When I try to send JPEGS from my computer on Windows Live Mail they are classed as dangerous in the outbox. Similarly any JPEGS sent to me are treated in the same way. It doesn't happen on my tablet or my husband's computer although they are all upgraded
    to Windows 10! Any ideas?
