Windows 10: Cannot open MMC windows after Windows update on Windows Server 2016

After restarting the server, Server 2016 Standard, I ran through some Windows updates, and I cannot open any MMC windows anymore.It says "MMC cannot open the file C:\Windows\system32\filename.msc. Opening MMC console files from untrusted network location is blocked for security reasons."The server is under Active Directory domain and I have no problem with other Windows servers.Can you please advise?Attached screenshot.

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.

FIXED!! Windows 7 sp1 never ends searching for updates

They made it part of the WU client then, or it's two different things doing the same. Too bad you can't download it separately.
