Windows 10: Cannot open windows antivirus: IT has limited access... have tried everything

Hi there,I cannot access windows antivirus. I get this message.I've read through countless posts and have tried the following:1. Running the securityhealthsetup_e16941e14861a6d24750ecdf05c548189b33182a tool as admin.2. Running cmd's that delete registry keys that supposedly fix the issue. Did not fix.3. Resetting windows with a cloud-based re-install.4. Scanning C drive for errors none found.5. Cleaning up system files.6. Trying to reinstall from the Windows 11 ISO Win11_24H2_English_x64. This fails for me:I'm at a loss for what to do or try next.I am using a surface pro X.There is only on

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows Security "Limited access by IT Admin"

Step 1:

• Download FixList.txt
  

• Save Fixlist.txt in the same folder where EnglishFRST64.exe is.
  
• Close all program windows.
  

• Launch the Farbar Scanner tool and click "Fix".
  
• Upload the output log file (FixLog.txt) to your OneDrive.
  
• Reboot Windows when prompted.
  

Step 2:

Ensure the system is connected to the internet.

From an admin Command Prompt, run:

• dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
  

And then run:

• SFC /scannow
  

After the command completes, reboot Windows.

Open Windows Security and check the status of your antivirus.

 

Can't access/open the Windows Security on Windows 11! Tried all fixes.

Can't access/open the Windows Security after upgrading to Windows 11!

I tried all the fixes suggested in the community, everything did not work. I tried repairing and resetting the apps, using powershell, sfc /scannow, and many others that was suggested in the microsoft community

I already tried re-installing the windows 11 but still it did not work. Windows security won't open,

Windows is updated and I don't have any third party antivirus app.
