Windows 10: Cannot pay for subscription because I am unable to change Country/Region in payment window...

Hi, I am unable to pay for my recurring bill subscription primarily due to the option of selecting my Country/Region in the payment window for the card details. It is currently set as the United States but I need it to be Ireland instead. For some reason, it has faded out and I cannot select my desired region to finally pay. Now I have changed my banking details and updated them in the payment options. Why can I not change it in the final step to pay for my recurring nill subscription?

When you install Windows on your computer, you are asked to select the region or location you’re currently in. Windows Store app displays the apps and their price based on your currently selected location or the country. The stuff you get in one region
might not work in another. You may try the steps mentioned in the article below to change the country or region for Microsoft Store.

Microsoft will not change my region for payment

Hello there! I have been trying to get the Xbox Game pass ultimate but then I had to change the region/country because I selected the US even though I live in Iraq. So I press Edit country/region to Iraq and added a payment method for Iraq. Now when I
to buy anything still it tells me to add a payment method even though I already have and it has been an hour since I have. Even when I try to add a payment method is still on the US. Can I please get some answers, or should I just wait until it does it itself?

 

When are you going to include country "Lebanon" in country region

Dear Sirs,

I am one person of almost thousands of the people in Lebanon that are eager to have our country " LEBANON" listed IN YOUR WINDOWS PHONE COUNTRY REGION

this issue matters to us as we really like Windows Phone and actually i am obliged to use other operating system along with my windows phone just to be able to use some paid useful apps that I am not able to buy it from windows phone market because my region
is not listed and therefore i can not apply a legal payment method, in addition of other features that i can not use such as finding my phone if it is lost or erasing it ....

I do really want to continue using windows phone in the future but kindly you should consider this suggestion it is really important to us
