Cannot Play Audio over 50% Volume or With High Bass

Hello. My audio cuts out at high bass or volume over 50%. I need to keep the main volume at 50% then set whatever application playing audio to 50% as well. 18 second screen capture video showing the issue is here:

    I have tried:

    cleaning all connectors

    reinstalling/upgrading the drivers

removing the driver completely using Realtek cleaner and then letting Windows install the default driver

tried a different set of speakers

tried disconnecting a speaker at a time to see if that solved it

I ran the audio troubleshooters both locally and online
I tried a clean boot, then re-enabled my startup items one at a time
I have tried removing all audio devices except for the Realtek devices.

I tried decreasing the bass using the built in equalizer
I tried disabling all audio effects, immediate mode.

This only happens with my main audio device, my 5.1 Logitech speakers. I can use a headset at high volume without issues. I am at an impasse, and have no idea where to go from here. I cannot refresh the system or reinstall Windows, that's not a fix.

    Any help is appreciated.

Cannot Play Audio over 50% Volume or With High Bass

Hi and thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today.

I understand the issue you have, nothing to worry I am here to help, seems that there is an incompatibility with the audio driver, moreover, kindly follow the steps below for us to sort out the issue:

-Press the Windows key + X

    -Go to Device Manager

-Expand the Sound, video and game controller

-Look for Realtek (R) Audio or High Definition audio

    -Right-click and click "Update Driver"

-Look for "Browse my computer for driver"

-Click "Let me pick drivers available drivers on my computer"

-Choose an old driver or other name of driver then select it and hit next until it installs.

Let me know how it goes and I hope that helps.
