Windows 10: Cannot play Marvel Rivals because the game says the computer doesn't suport it.

HiI downloaded the game a while ago and tried to play but the laucher says:"DirectX 12 is not supported on your system. Please update your Windows 10 64-bit operating system version 1909 or later and upgrade your graphics card driver. Ensure that your graphics card meets the minimum requirements NVIDIA GTX 1060 or AMD RX 580." I updated the system and the graphic card. The computer says I'm using directX 12 but the game still won't start. Is that my graphic card is too weak to play it or am I missing some setting?Those are the infos of my PC.Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

my 3Dprinter doesn´t appear

My 3D printer doesn´t appear on when I open 3D builder on the left popup to choose printer.

Is it need to do any previous step?? I thought It was plug and play. the printer is an UP Plus2 from Tiertime so, it is one of the recommended partners manufaturers. any message of error just doesnçt possible to send the prin.

thanks for response. I tried your steps with a Google DNS and Open DNS - but it doesn´t help.

The game still crashes in the moment I try to run it.

I'll be glad for another solutions.
