Windows 10: Cannot print in high resolution Epson 3620

    Cannot print in high resolution Epson 3620


    I just recently received a brand new Dell Vostro, latest versions of everything installed correctly and working perfectly - EXCEPT for my Epson 3620 all-in-one printer. It installed the printer drivers, and I made sure everything was the latest updates, but it won't bring up any Epson options to print in a higher resolution. My old computer does just fine - all of Epson's options come up. Please fix this problem, I need it for work. Thank you.

    Epson wf-3620 Printer will react to printing request from Wiindows 10

    Have a brand new Epson we-3620 printer, which prints correctly, but will not accept instructions from my PC with Windows 10. I think it is a Firewall issue but cvaannot seem to get around it. Help!
