    cannot print outlook email after windowns update KB5004945


    After apply the current & urgent Windows 10 update KB5004945, cannot print Outlook emails.Printing Word or Excel docs, OK. Screen prints from browers, OK?This update is supposed to address printer security issues.Print hangs on print preview/printer selection page. See screen print.Task Manager shows CPU max'ed out 99-100% on Compatibility Telementry task.This happens regardless of the browser used or the printer used.Have HP printers. Have already run problem/update scans. No problems were detected. No software updates needed.HELP PLEASE!!

    Group Email In Outlook 2016? Need Help!

    The screen shot looks like that's where she would CREATE a new group. What is on the "Send/Receive" tab?

    Can't print emails with graphics in Outlook after updates

    Since this last batch of Windows updates, the graphics on emails won't show up when I try to print them through Outlook.

    It's the problem described in this post from the Microsoft forums:

    All I see when trying to print an email with images is those broken windows symbols. I can print them just fine through the Dell email button/function just fine. I can print emails in Gmail just fine. This appears to be an Outlook issue only.

    Group Email In Outlook 2016? Need Help!

    Hi guys,

    I have a client with a problem in outlook 2016 with her not been able to do a group email. She said she could just click on the group button on version 2007 outlook and then (I guess) select the group of people you wish to send a email to. But in this new version she cant as the group button or selection is greyed out. I honestly have no clue as I don't use the program but was wondering if anyone on here has any idea?

    I have uploaded a pic of a screen shot of her outlook 2016 with the greyed out group option.

    If anyone has any clue or suggestions to give me to give to her that would be great *Smile cannot print outlook email after windowns update KB5004945 :)
