Windows 10: Cannot print second page of *tif file

Discus and support Cannot print second page of *tif file in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; I have a document I have downloaded. It comes as a *zip file.     Cannot print second page of *tif file


    I have a document I have downloaded. It comes as a *zip file. When I double click that, it opens with Windows Photo Viewer and I can see both pages but I cannot print or save page 2 - only page 1. Anyone have any ideas? Seems like a weird glitch.

    Sharing a ,tif file

    From what you are describing in your situation, I assume that you sent a .tif file that would take 26 pages to print. However, you are saying that the recipient got 1 page or 1 document?

    If 1 document, then there is no issue, as the file is a single file, regardless of how many pages it takes to print it.

    If 1 page, the e-mail service provider, i'm presuming outlook, might have had to reduce the resolution of the image. A 26 page image is quite large.

    Please correct me if I am wrong with my assumption of your situation.
