Windows 10: cannot purchase typer shark deluxe

I have downloaded typer shark deluxe and used up all of the free time. When I try to purchase using a debit card, it constantly tells me that I need internet access to popcap games. I have internet access with no problem to popcap games. I set up an account with debit card information there and with Paypal. It still denies the purchase. I am 100% sure the money is available. I have given the site access to all permissions. Why can I not purchase this game? I have waited all month to do so. Now I have the money but cannot purchase. Any ideas why?

My typer-v could not be opened properly, and the modification was cancelled after restarting

Every time I turn typer v on or off, I need to turn something off and modify it. After I restart it, the modification is withdrawn. By the way, is the Microsoft community 24-hour？
