    Cannot reach Google's servers.


    Since just two days ago, I have been unable to access Google search engine, G-mail, Google drive, and anything similar. Strangely, Google Docs is working just fine.I have tried in both Chrome and Firefox. Here are two screenshots that prove it is not the browser that is the issue.I have also tried to switch the Wi-Fi network I was using to my Galaxy S20 mobile hotspot. Connecting to Google works just fine with the hotspot.How do I fix this issue? Thank you!

    Unable to connect to Google servers

    There are cases that web content are blocked due to proxy server settings. We suggest that you remove the check mark on the the proxy server box, follow the steps below:

    • Type Internet Options in the Ask me anything bar.
    • Click on Connections tab.
    • Click on LAN settings.
    • Remove check in Proxy server box.
    Once done, access your Google apps and check if issue persist.

    Hello,

    The best that we could suggest that you can try is to check if you are using a proxy to connect to the internet. If so, try to disable the proxy connection and check if it helps. Here are the steps:

    • Click the "Gear" icon at the top right corner in Internet Explorer.
    • Click the "Tools" button, and then click "Internet Options".
    • Click the "Connections" tab, and then click "LAN settings".
    • Uncheck the "Use a proxy server for your LAN" box.
    • Click "OK".
    If the issue persist, please do reach out to Google support for more troubleshooting steps, and also so they can check and assess your account .

    I am experiencing the exact same issue with WMDC 6.1. Everything connects besides the syncronization with the Exchange server. Each time I receive the error message "unable to reach the server" (Italian: Impossibile raggiungere il server). I have tried
    the same steps as above and have created the "AllowLSP" registry key, but continue to have the connection issue. The only thing I haven't done it getting up at 6:00 a.m. Saturday morning, hopefully the answer doesn't lie in this step.

    Please let me know if there are any other suggestions to resolving this issue.
