Windows 10: Cannot Reinstall Windows 10 Without Losing All Personal Files and Applications

A few days ago, my Windows 10 2H22 operating system totally corrupted. Trust me, I checked everything. At this point, all my files and data and applications are intact on the drive, but I cannot boot into it because the operating system is so corrupted.However, I have a copy of the most recent installation media on a USB flash drive. Therefore, my plan of action is to try to reinstall the operating system using the installation media.Before you say it, I tried everything else. I tried all the usual suspects, from sfc /scannow, DISM, and chkdsk all the way to the built in repair tool. I even tr

Reinstalling Windows 10 to sell a PC - is the 'Remove everything' option enough?

Restore factory settings do list Removes your personal files, apps and settings, and reinstalls the version of Windows that came on this PC.

So if this isn't true well than just erase the drive and install a clean Windows 10 with all the drivers u need but why should it be true
