Description:Hi, I'm having serious issues reinstalling Windows on my PC.Initial Situation:My PC started experiencing lag and frozen animations in regular applications browser, CMD, File Explorer, although games were running fine. I tried several solutions, but things got worse after attempting a system restore.Current Problems:1. Windows won’t boot: While trying to restore the system, there was a power outage, and since then, my PC has not been able to start.2. The disk is no longer bootable: It does not appear as a boot option in the BIOS.3. I tried startup repair from a Windows installatio

Before we proceed I would like you to answer the following question:

• 
  What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
