Windows 10: Cannot remove default language layout after update.

After update 1903 I think, I can't remove the polish language. After other updates it was coming again in existence but I was deleting every time from the settings.

Now when i go to settings->Time And Language->Language it does not exist.

I tried in powershell by the command Get-WinUserLanguageList it isn't there either.



I even tried with Windows Key + regedit and isn't there either.

what can I do?

thank you for the reply, but I am probably missing something.
As you can see from the attached picture, language settings DOES NOT list the keyboard layout I want to remove (ENG INTL). So, how can I remove a layout that is not listed in the Language settings?

I keep having an annoying problem.
I have only 1 language with 1 keyboard layout in Language settings




But the system keep changing keyboard layout (when restarting or resuming from sleep)

Indeed, if I press WIN+SPACE I can see both layouts!




I can I remove (forever) the unwanted layout (in this case ENG INTL) if I cannot even see it in settings?

Hi,

You can try these steps on changing your keyboard layout:

• 
  On the
  Start
  menu, click
  Settings
  
• 
  Select
  Time & language
  
• 
  Click
  Region & language
  
• 
  Select
  Add a language
  
• 
  Under
  Languages, click the language you want as a default and click
  Set as default.
  

NOTE: In changing your keyboard layout, you can also try changing your computer's primary language.
Your keyboard layout may also change in doing so. However, make sure to use the right keyboard layout for
entering your password. You might not be able to sign in since the layout has been change.
