Cannot remove deleted Microsoft account from list of accounts on device

    Hello, everyone!

I recently changed schools, and my old school Office 365 account was removed from their systems. As a result, I am no longer able to sign in to the account. I want to remove the account from my computer's settings, and to do so, I have gone to Settings > Accounts > Email & app accounts and then clicked manage on the proper account. This takes me to the login page for the account, which, as I just mentioned, is of no use to me since I can no longer sign in to the account. I have already added the new account, and signed into the relevant Office apps, but I still continue to get a notification saying that I need to fix the old account. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated, and if you would like me to post more information that may be relevant, I will be more than happy to do so. Thanks!

    :)

    Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:
    • Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    • Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code: net user test /del[/quote]

    Deleting User Accounts

If you can access the admin account through safe mode then all you have to do to remove the other account passwords is go into User Accounts in the control panel and either delete the accounts or, I'm not sure, remove the account passwords.
