Windows 10: Cannot remove input language

This is an issue in the win 10 May update (1903).


en-uk was re-introduced as input language (this is a usual problem in win 10 major updates)


I cannot remove input language.

My keyword is bi-lingual - English-US & Hebrew.

I have a third language - English UK, but I cannot remove it.



In setting -> Time & Language -> Region & Language

There are only 2 languages: Hebrew & en-us (OK).

But there is a third input language en-uk, that I need to remove


In Windows PowerShell, using Get-WinUserLanguageList, there are also only languages: Hebrew & en-us (OK)


My user is an Admin

English US keeps appearing as an input language occasionally.

From the issue description, it looks like you have English Input downloaded and installed in the system. I suggest you to follow the steps below to remove the English input language and check if it helps.

1. Press Windows key + R.

2. Type control and press enter to open the control panel.

3. Type language in the control panel search box and open it.

4. If English is listed, double click on it and click "remove" under "input method".

Uninstall primary input language


Hello,
I'm using english-US as display language, but german (DEU) as keyboard input language.

I would like to uninstall the english (ENG) keyboard since the input language switches to english when I hide the unneeded language bar.
It was very simple under win7, but here I did not find the way (remove is disabled). Can you suggest a solution?
